How to Apply?

1. Fill in the required details asked for in the application form available here

2. The application form will be reviewed and the candidate will be scheduled for a dedicated Screening Process (Telephonic or face-to-face)

3. After a thorough evaluation of the Screening Process, qualified candidates will be given an offer letter with a deadline for confirming the seat.

4. Payment of fees for seat confirmation.

NDC Admission Workflow

Admission Policy

Admission of students into the Nagarjuna Degree Courses will be on the basis of the aggregate marks in the qualifying examination or its equivalent, for both the Undergraduate (UG) and the Postgraduate (PG) courses, unless specified otherwise.

All applications for admissions to any UG or PG degree course should be submitted by the date notified by the College. Late applications may not be accepted.

Admissions will be considered to be completed only when the full fees for the academic year are paid (against an official receipt) and the name of the applicant appears on the relevant rolls. Only the Management can condone payment in full or allow payment in part.

All UG and PG admissions are valid only for one year and are therefore to be renewed for each subsequent year of study.

A student will not be re-admitted to the College if he / she has:

  • Been debarred twice within the first four semesters.
  • Serious complaints of indiscipline against him / her in that year.
Special Category of admissions is provided to:
  • Rank holders / Toppers in the respective qualifying examination
  • Wards of employees of Defence / ex-servicemen/ NGI
  • Wards of Freedom Fighters
  • Award Winners at the District / State / National Levels in Sports or Cultural Activities.

Admission Procedures

Admission to Under-graduate courses is through the College Office (Admission Section), by filling up and submitting a form, and through an interview with the Principal /Vice Principal / Admission Officer.

The admission to Post-Graduate Programmes will happen either through Management Quota or Government Quota (PGCET).

All admissions shall be approved by the Bengaluru Central University during the First Year of the degree program. Any student who fails to fulfil the University requirements shall have his/her admission cancelled.

Actual admissions to all courses will be on the announced days, through an interview of the candidate and a parent / guardian. The offer of admission will be notified on the website, on the College Notice Board and on the College Notice Board. On being admitted, the student shall immediately submit the following documents (Original along attested photocopies):

  • Class XII Statement of Marks
  • Caste Certificate (wherever applicable)
  • Income Certificate (wherever applicable)
  • Documentary Evidence for Special Category status
  • Transfer Certificate
  • Migration Certificate (required for outstation students)

Information on Scholarships, Freeships & Awards

Deserving / Eligible students are encouraged to take advantage of the financial aid in terms of Scholarships / Freeships as shown below:

  • State Government Scholarships for SC/ST/Category 1 / Other backward classes
  • Government of India Scholarships / Freeships for SC students
  • Government of India Scholarships / Freeships for OBC students
  • Government of India Scholarships / Freeships for VJ / NT students
  • Government of India Scholarships / Freeships for SBC students
  • Government of India Scholarships / Freeships for ST students
  • Government of India Minority Scholarship
  • Open Merit scholarship for Junior and Senior College

Students who apply through these portals do not get any fee concessions while taking admission. They have to directly apply for the benefit. The awardees get the financial benefits deposited directly into their personal bank accounts.
