Students who wish to make a career in the management cadre of the industry, overlooking strategy and planning works of various departments that impacts business should choose BBA. The major topics covered are Human Resources, Business & Industrial Law, Business Ethics, Management, Operations and Research, International Business, Public Relationship Management, Retail Management etc. to infuse analytical, communication, leadership, Brand Identity, customers, etc qualities.
ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION:

Dear students,
Welcome to the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) department of Nagarjuna Degree College. The BBA program is a 4 year full time Degree course (As per NEP 2020) affiliated to Bengaluru City University (BCU). The Journey of the Department started in the year 2013. Over the years we recorded consistent improvement in its academic, placement, sports and cultural forte. The Department of BBA offers a wide range of innovative programs which is a blend of both curricular and co-curricular which helps the students to constantly update themselves in this competitive era and holistic development of students.
We have semester based BBA Programme with specialisations in three important areas: Marketing management, Finance and Human Resource Management along with Value added Programs (VAP) in each semester.
We believe that our students have been given wide opportunity to get hands on experience in the corporate world through internship projects with reputed organisations. In this curriculum they are encouraged to take up projects to supplement theoretical knowledge with practical experience. We have tied up MOUs with reputed entities to understand the relevance of working in a group.
The department curriculum is taught by distinguished faculty combining academic excellence and commitment. We are confident that our current curriculum has enabled the overall development of budding entrepreneurs, managers, finance analysts, HR managers and so on.

Invited as a Judge for Product Launch competition on 05/06/2024 organized by Karunya First Grade College, Sunkadakatte Pipeline, Bengaluru.
Bhoomika. K . V of BBA 2nd year secured 1st place in Kata and Kumute Championship on 23/06/2024 organised by Karnataka State Karate Association
Conducted a guest lecture for final year BBA students on the topic Emerging Trends in a Dynamic Workplace on 03/07/2024 by Mr. Sanjay James (HR head at Miniklub Retail, Co-founder and CEO, SOW First)

BBA final semester students were taken for an industrial visit to Infosys on 18/05/2024.
Ashwath Kumar N of BBA 2nd year secured 1st place in Karate Championship on 23/06/2024 organised by Karnataka State Karate Association and got selected for the National level Karate competition.
